As one of the two great minds (Kerry and Alex often think alike) behind Pink Peppercorn Marketing, Alex Bouche finds herself in the creative director’s chair, with an eagle’s eye for punctuation, grammar and all writing exercises. She uses her editorial experience to write press releases, articles, company documentation and all marketing related collateral.
Alex has spent many years honing her marketing skills. She worked in diverse industries from banking to NGO’s before deciding to take the entrepreneurial leap.
Enthused by beautiful things such as teapots, earrings and well-worded signage, she always brings an added leg-up to our brainstorming sessions, enjoying every phase of the process, from the birth of an idea to its execution.
Kerry Nagel (the other half of the great minds behind Pink Peppercorn Marketing) makes sure the financial and social aspects of the company are in working order and ahead of schedule. Structure and planning is the name of her game even though such a dynamic industry is hard to forecast.

With many years of event management, marketing, and most importantly, real-life, in-the-trenches business experience, Kerry aims to push the boundaries when it comes to her clients, diversifying each unique service and product.

Kerry knows when to work hard and put in the extra hours but also knows that family is important. She is good at maintaining the work/life balance and has added completing a half marathon to her list of accomplishments. As an avid chocolate and coffee lover, a trip to Melt is often also on her “To Do” list.
Jessica Southey is a budding writer, dabbler in creating imaginative design-work and someone who knows how to take a task by its horns and get it done. While she is studying towards her honours, her BCOM Marketing degree is under her tan leather skinny belt.
As an avid animal-lover, her passion for the greater good comes through in all the diverse projects she works on. Jessica is known for her upbeat demeanour and complex love for tea, one that keeps  the office filled with many kinds of aromas, interrupted only once or twice by a roasted coffee affair.
Jessica does not like to take life too seriously, a good chuckle and silly behaviour gets her through each day, in saying that, she believes individual commitment, loyalty and friendship to a group effort creates a successful team.
Tania Camacho wants to live in a world filled with innovative businesses, books that come bundled with extra dark chocolate and a force field around her keyboard that repels spiders and rude people.
As a Marketing Coordinator with more than 8 years of experience, she has worked in many different fields including strategic management and psychometry, whilst studying towards her BCOM honours in Industrial Psychology specialising in consumer psychology.
When she’s not writing, organising events or finding new advertising avenues for her clients, you can find her whipping up a delicious treat, ripping through a mountain bike trail or asking the question “why” for the eleventy-bajillionth time.
